Recent Clients
House UK
We have fitted out 7 out of their 8 stores in the UK. From new shell stores to refitting existing stores. We store all House equipment within part of our warehouse as well as undertaking maintenance and small works on their behalf.
Peloton
We have completed two stores in Kings Road, Chelsea and Spitalfields London, as well as pop up stores in Westfield White City and St Pancreas International Station. We subsequently fitted out their live studio facility in Portland House off Oxford Street.
Ecco
New store in Birmingham City Centre was a Listed building which needed to be carefully preserved whilst delivering the client image and brand.
Selective Marketing Ltd
This new warehouse and head office facility was fitted out in a twelve week period and included an 11m high wall that required 2,500 boards on just that one partition alone. Covering 120,000 sqft, new mezzanines were installed to enlarge the floor area for the office facilities.
Smiggle Roll out
We have built numerous new stores for Smiggle from Listed High Street locations, prestigious Shopping Centres from Swansea to Inverness and many locations in-between. We carry out maintenance and small works for them on a regular basis.
Newbie KappAhl
We have completed all Newbie stores on the UK, including pop up stores, baby show exhibitions, as well as provide storage for all of their equipment in our warehouse facility.
British Airways Pension Fund
Working for the Landlord, we have prepared retail park units including refinishing warehouse roofing, cladding, internal strip outs and shopfront works.

Union Street, Bath
We were engaged to carry out major structural works which involved underpinning a listed four storey building with pavement vaults and converting into a retail and residential use.
British Airways Pension Fund
Following the strip out and unit preparation for new tenant Cosy Club, we were engaged to add a new balcony structure that required complicated ground works which included piling adjacent to the canal.
Montezuma's
Having undertaken facade and roof remedial works for the Landlord, we completed the fit out for the new Tenant Montezuma, which was a success and hope to be the start of a roll out programme.
